Vendor FAQs
Can I share my booth with another vendor?
Yes! You are welcome to have a friend or another vendor share your booth with you. As long as you let us know all products that will be sold in your booth and you stay in your booth space, go for it! We just ask that we receive one payment per booth, please work out the shared payments with your partner(s).
When is booth set up?
Spring Show 2025: Friday, April 11th 4:30-9:00 PM and Saturday, April 12th from 7:00-9:00 AM
Fall Show 2025: Friday, October 17th 4:30-9:00 PM and Saturday, October 18th from 7:00-9:00 AM
Can I use electricity in my booth set up?
Yes, we have electricity available in certain booths but because these booths are limited, electricity is an extra $20.
Can I cook at the event?
If you are inside one of the gyms you cannot do any cooking, but you can use warming units. You are welcome to cook outside or ask us about other arrangements to accommodate cooking.

Spring 2025: April 12th 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Fall 2025: October 18th 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
How many people come to the craft fair?
Spring Show: 1000-1200 people
Fall Show: 1000-1200 people
